Future Projects in the Marin Headlands include:

  • Bunker Road, Mitchell Road, and Alexander Avenue/Danes Drive intersection reconstruction is anticipated to start in the Spring of 2012.  This is a continuation of the 11 miles of roadway improvements that are part of Project Headlands.
  • Utility work on Field Road and Bunker Road is anticipated to occur Fall 2011 through Winter 2012.
  • Point Bonita Bridge replacement will begin in Fall 2011.
